It gives me great pleasure to write this testimonial in respect of Paul Shepard, Central Heating Engineer.

Mr Shepard recently serviced my gas boiler very satisfactorily. At the time, he felt he must call at a later date to clean the whole central heating system which was not working properly.

However, shortly afterwards my central heating stopped working. He very quickly came to investigate the problem, soon realising there was a blockage somewhere. He spent a great deal of time and effort before finding out where the blockage was. I was very impressed at the patience and perseverance he expressed while working out this problem, and at how hard he was working to find out where the blockage was.

My heating is now working well. Mr Shepard had to take up carpet and floorboards in order to solve the problem and this work was carried out efficiently with the minimum of fuss, and he put everything back in its right place when the job was finished.

I have no hesitation is recommending him to anyone with a central heating problem.
