You gave us a costing and the time frame for ordering the door, and the day you would be fitting it. They laid dust sheets through the house, so that they did not tread anything in as well.

On the second occasion I used your services, you managed to almost immediately refit the awkward airtight seal to the back of one of my headlights cluster on my Mercedes E55, which had completely defeated me & removed half the skin off my knuckles when I tried. For this you charged me nothing.

We recently had a strange rattling coming from our Citroen C8 so asked Barry if he could take a look and tell us his thoughts.

Barry took a look instantly and assessed the problem in a professional and expert manner. We decided to let Citroen take a look and give us a quote also and Barry was spot on with his diagnosis! It was the bottom pulley which was damaged and really needed replacing. We called Barry to discuss when he might be able to replace this part for us and he gave us a reasonable timescale and completed the works as instructed.

Not only did Barry do the work when he said he would but had to do it in torrential rain which didn’t seem to faze him at all! Barry also replaced our rear brake pads and discs whilst replacing the pulley but was honest enough to let us know the front ones still had some wear in them and could wait for a while.

He spent a great deal of time and effort before finding out where the blockage was. My heating is now working well. Mr Shepard had to take up carpet and floorboards in order to solve the problem and this work was carried out efficiently with the minimum of fuss, and he put everything back in its right place when the job was finished.
