From the initial costing visit, to the completion of the new double glazed door fitting, you have done exactly what you said you would, when you said you would and to the high standards I hoped for.

You gave us a costing and the time frame for ordering the door, and the day you would be fitting it. Everything was as you said it would be, and we were very pleased to know that as your company are FENSA registered, we will be receiving a certificate to say the door has been fitting to comply with current legislation. Until we spoke to you, we did not even realise, that should we come to sell our house, this certificate will be required.

I imagine that sometimes people are concerned about ‘having the builders in’, but David and John were polite, considerate and cleaned up after themselves, and took all the rotten old wood and door away with them too. He spent a great deal of time and effort before finding out where the blockage was. My heating is now working well. Mr Shepard had to take up carpet and floorboards in order to solve the problem and this work was carried out efficiently with the minimum of fuss, and he put everything back in its right place when the job was finished.
